I ordered a 15kg bag and it looks different to the pictures on the website. Is it the same food?

Yes, absolutely the same! Our 15kg bags are brown and labelled Working Dog for VAT purposes. However the recipe and kibble size is exactly the same as what you see on the product page.

We know this can be confusing, which is why we made sure to add this information at the bottom of each product page.

Where can I see the nutritional information of the food?

This information is available for every product, both in the product description and in the image gallery.

How much food do I need to feed my puppy?

It depends on the recipe. Each product page includes a feeding guide (in the pictures) which is based on the expected adult weight of your pup and their current age.

How can I track my order?

Shortly after your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a despatch notification from us with your tracking link. You will also receive notifications from our partner DPD with a time slot for your delivery.

Why do I have to give my phone number?

This is purely for delivery purposes, so that your driver can contact you if needed, in order to ensure a smooth delivery. We will never send you spammy texts!

How can I set up a subscription?

Go to the product you want to order and select "Subscribe and Save". Make sure to select your desired frequency as the frequency by default is every week.

You can amend your subscription anytime (up to 9am on the day your order is processed), you just need to have an account with us. 

You receive an email the day before your next subscription order so that you have a chance to amend anything or postpone the date before it's too late.
