We are currently able to deliver to England and Scotland. Please note that the Highlands shipping option needs to be manually selected at checkout for Highlands deliveries.

We are usually able to despatch within two working days. Orders placed by 12pm Mon-Thu are often despatched on the same day. Once your order is on the way you will receive a tracking link.

We work with DPD to deliver your order safely. You can track your order via your tracking link, as well as select a neighbour to leave the parcel with or a safe place in case you're not around.

Every supplement comes with detailed dosage instructions on the label and our website. Simply follow the guidelines based on your dog's weight.

Every product is crafted with care in the UK, sustainably sourcing only the finest natural ingredients for both safety and efficacy.

Symptoms can be alleviated within the first few weeks. We recommend giving your dog the supplement for 4-8 weeks, sticking to the guidelines, for long-term improvements. Consistency is key!

Feeding portions depend on the product you ordered and on your dog's weight. Simply refer to the feeding guide that is on the product page (in the images) to find out how much to feed your dog.

All our 15kg bags come in a different packaging and are labelled Working Dog for VAT purposes but the recipe and kibble size is exactly the same as the other bag sizes and as what you see on the website.We know this can be confusing which is why we mention this at the bottom of every product description.

All our bags are recyclable, except brown paper bags, which are compostable. However, it's important to note that they aren't home-compostable, they're compostable in industrial facilities.

After your first order, all your next subscription orders are processed overnight. To ensure any updates are recorded on time, we kindly ask you to amend your subscription as early as possible and before 11pm the evening before your order is scheduled. You'll receive a reminder email in the morning the day before your order is processed.
