Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We are currently able to deliver to England and Scotland. Please note that the Highlands shipping option needs to be manually selected at checkout for Highlands deliveries.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We are usually able to despatch within two working days. Orders placed by 12pm Mon-Thu are often despatched on the same day. Once your order is on the way you will receive a tracking link.
What delivery company do you use?
We work with DPD to deliver your order safely. You can track your order via your tracking link, as well as select a neighbour to leave the parcel with or a safe place in case you're not around.
Why am I asked for my mobile number?
This is to allow text notifications from DPD and to let you know the time slot of delivery. On some occasions the driver might try to call you when delivering your parcel. We're not using your mobile number for any marketing communications.
Products
Can I return my product?
Returns are possible if they meet our criteria. Please check our Refund Policy page to find out more about our return process.
Can I exchange my product?
We are currently unable to offer exchanges.
How much should I feed my dog?
Feeding portions depend on the product you ordered and on your dog's weight. Simply refer to the feeding guide that is on the product page (in the images) to find out how much to feed your dog.
Why did I receive a Working Dog bag?
All our 15kg bags come in a different packaging and are labelled Working Dog for VAT purposes but the recipe and kibble size is exactly the same as the other bag sizes and as what you see on the website.We know this can be confusing which is why we mention this at the bottom of every product description.
Subscription
How can I manage my subscription?
Please ensure that your account has been activated so that you can log in. Then go to Manage Subscription to make any changes.
What is the deadline to change my next order?
After your first order, all your next subscription orders automatically go through once a day around lunch time. To ensure that any updates are recorded on time, we kindly ask you to amend your subscription as early as possible and before 10am on the day of the next order
Why can't I log into my account?
It is likely that your account has yet to be activated. Please check your spam folder for account activation emails from us.
