MyPetSays FAQ Part 2!

We've gathered some of the most common questions we received in the past few months and thought it might be useful to share our answers on the blog! As always if you have any questions or feedback please email info@mypetsays.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

What size is the kibble?

The kibble size varies based on the recipe, whether it's for puppies or adult dogs, small or large breed. Each product page includes a photo with dimensions of the kibble, which you can find in the images.

I have a subscription but I receive food too often, how can I change the frequency?

You can simply log into your account and go to Manage Subscription. Then, change the order interval (we can do from every week to every 8 months). Please note that amending the interval doesn't automatically change the next order date. Therefore, you need to manually update both the interval and next order date.

Is MyPetSays a complete dog food?

Yes, MyPetSays recipes are complete dog foods and you don't need to give your dog anything else! Plus, many of our recipes contain added Omega 3, a Joint Care Pack, Prebiotics.... to keep your dog as healthy as they can be!

How can I get my dog featured on your social media?

We love sharing photos and Instagram stories of your dogs enjoying our foods. If you snap a cute photo of your pooch next to a MyPetSays bag, feel free to share it on your social media and tag @mypetsays so we see it and repost it!
